In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To register and use the moa4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. moa4d strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 and will suspend any account where underage use is suspected or confirmed.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a moa4d employee, game provider, or affiliated organization.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not have previously had a moa4d Account suspended, closed, or terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the moa4d Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• moa4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact moa4d support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
• moa4d reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

moa4d is committed to operating a secure platform and maintaining the integrity of the player ecosystem. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. moa4d may also request KYC documentation at any time if it deems further verification necessary.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or SIM driving license).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of the registered bank account or e-wallet matching the account holder's name).
• A selfie holding the submitted ID document, if requested by the compliance team.

KYC documents must be submitted in clear, unaltered digital format. moa4d will process submitted documents within two (2) business days. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. Providing false, altered, or borrowed documentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.

All transactions on the moa4d Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). moa4d supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• moa4d does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party bank or e-wallet fees, if any, are the Player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the moa4d Account holder.
• moa4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted, except where moa4d determines otherwise at its sole discretion.
• moa4d does not accept third-party payments. Deposits originating from payment methods not registered to the account holder will be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

moa4d may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific bonus terms that will be clearly stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement (turnover requirement) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements will be clearly specified for each promotion (e.g., "10× deposit + bonus amount").
• Bonuses may only be used in the product categories specified in the promotion (e.g., slots only, sportsbook only).
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• moa4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus balances where abuse or irregular wagering patterns are detected.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated wagering with other players to meet turnover requirements artificially, or exploiting system errors — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that pass their expiry date will be automatically removed from the account.

The moa4d Platform offers a range of gaming products including a sportsbook (covering football markets such as BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League, as well as badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, and more), live casino, slots, virtual sports, scratch cards, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). Each product is governed by its own specific game rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement except where moa4d's specific sport or game rules explicitly permit cash-out functionality.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, moa4d will use its best reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome from system logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• moa4d reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by confirmed match-fixing, data errors, or manifestly incorrect odds.
• All games offered via third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others) are governed by the respective studio's certified RNG and RTP parameters. moa4d does not alter game outcomes.
• Maximum win limits may apply to individual game sessions and will be stated in the relevant game rules or promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the moa4d Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the Platform's favor.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or any other means to disguise your true geographic location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward moa4d staff or other Players via any communication channel.

All content on the moa4d Platform — including but not limited to the moa4d name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the exclusive property of moa4d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from moa4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, moa4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, data, or opportunity arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond moa4d's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any decision made by a Player in reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses incurred as a result of any game technical malfunction where stakes have been returned per Section 7.

moa4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

moa4d uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, game providers, and KYC verification partners strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfill regulatory obligations.

moa4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, security, or regulatory reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating under an international licence. moa4d operates under a licence issued by an internationally recognized gaming authority and is committed to upholding the standards required by that licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through moa4d's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded.
